The Design started out as a renovation and extension of the existing house.

 

The client wanted to squeeze as much living spaces as the new extension could possibly hold. 

 

The design includes 2 ensuite master bedrooms with a kitchenette a living area, 2 bedrooms with common bathroom, a common roof, a car port on the ground floor and lastly the landscaping of the back yard.
